The evolution of premium flavor

A vertically integrated family enterprise. Cultivating world-class varieties to exacting international standards.

AKOFRUITS™: The Art of Fine Fruit Cultivation

In 2019, we laid the foundation with 200 hectares of super-intensive orchards, which have since evolved into a large-scale agro-industrial enterprise. Today, AKOFRUITS™ spans approximately 500 hectares of high-density plantings nestled in the unique microclimates of Azerbaijan—between the Caucasus Mountains and the Caspian Sea, across the Shabran, Guba, and Agsu regions. Here, we grow the world’s finest varieties: from crisp apples and succulent nectarines to premium sweet cherries, peaches, plums and persimmons.

The Architecture of Quality: Five Stages of Preserving Pristine Flavor

  1. Trellis rows in blossom, seen from a drone

    The Orchard

In our super-intensive orchards, exceptional natural conditions harmonize with cutting-edge smart farming technologies.

  2. Akofruits picker hand-picking sweet cherries into a crate

    The Harvest

Each piece of fruit is meticulously hand-picked at the exact peak of ripeness to preserve its pristine flavor and flawless condition.

  3. Peaches entering the Aweta optical grading line

    Sorting & Grading

Automated optical sorting and hydrocooling lines guarantee uncompromised quality and absolute size precision for every single fruit.

  4. Sealed door of a ULO controlled-atmosphere chamber

    Storage

Innovative controlled-atmosphere (CA) chambers effectively pause time, locking in the natural crunch and farm-fresh vitality for months.

  5. Akofruits team packing apples into trays

    Packaging

Elegant, protective packaging, tailored to the exacting standards of global retail, ensures a safe journey for our fruits from the branch to the shelf.

Exceptional diversity. Superior genetics.
